DigitalSign: Services unavailability on April 13, 2022
We would like to inform you that between 12:00 and 15:40 on the 13th of April we had an internet connectivity issue, which affected the entire region of our primary datacenter.
This connectivity issue also affected the routing of some services to our secondary datacenters, namely the availability of our e-commerce site, email service, telephony and part of the remote signature/seal services.
The remaining services were not affected by this communication failure and remained operational.
The aforementioned problem has been resolved in the meantime, with all our services fully functioning.
As for the situation related to routing, we will investigate and work together with our partners and suppliers to ensure that it does not happen again.
