Certificate Pick-up

For the issuance of your HSMCloud, an IDcert account is created, in which, in addition to issuing your certificate, it allows you to manage the use of your certificates.

The following steps will be performed:

1. Enter order number and Identification Phrase

2. Confirmation of the data of the certificate to be issued

3. Creation/Entry to IDCert account - If it is the first certificate you will issue with the email indicated, an account will be created with the email indicated in the certificate request and a password defined by the client (WARNING: The password is unrecoverable). If you already have more certificates, just log into your IDCert account and follow up on the issuance of this new certificate.

4. Access to the IDCert account

5. Issuance of the certificate

6. Online signature test and guidelines for using the certificate.
