Electronically collect your customers' signatures on forms and all types of electronic documents for the purposes of RGPD consent, point of sale (POS), contracting services, etc. easily and safely, with full legal validity, using the new generation of tablets that will accurately collect all graphometric movement data that integrate a handwritten signature, such as: movement speed, general duration, pressure values, number of pen elevations, acceleration, pen movement direction, and number of radial loops.
A biometric signature is able to collect more information about the signatory, than the traditional paper method, being already an internationally tested and proven solution.
HOW IT WORKS?
The signature is carried out on a tablet that allows the collection of not only the signature image but also, and more importantly, the graphometric function, based on static and dynamic algorithms: speed, general duration, pressure values, number of pen elevations, acceleration, pen movement direction, number of radial loops, and others.
Tablets from brands of the main manufacturers on the market may also be used, as long as they have adequate technical characteristics to collect all the referred information.
The biometric signature is thus uniquely linked to the subscriber, being able to securely and unequivocally identify the signatory in the future.
IS IT SAFE?
Once the customer's graphometric signature has been collected, it is securely stored and encrypted so, in case of doubt, forgery or signature repudiation, it can be subject to a graphometric analysis by the Judiciary Police (with certified training in this product), for supporting a legal decision of the court, as is currently the case with paper signatures.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE TO SINGLE SUBSCRIPTIONS?
The simple collection of the digitalization of the image of a signature on a tablet, without the collection of graphometric data such as those indicated above, does not allow the performance of any expertise that allows the verification of the signatory's identity a posteriori. For this reason, it is not possible to verify the authenticity of a signature carried out in these terms, since any simple “Copy & Paste” image of a signature taken from the internet can be used to achieve the same result.
On the other hand, our solution allows the collection of a complete set of data, already mentioned above, that mitigate the problems mentioned above and offer the necessary legal robustness so that you can dematerialize your processes with maximum security.
